1. Service Content

The Service may include the following functions, subject to the pages actually provided, App version, product model, regional services, and account permissions:

  1. ddHiFi account login, SSO authorization, account profile management, and login status maintenance;
  2. USB device identification, product connection, parameter configuration, PEQ configuration, local saving, cloud saving, downloading, and application in the ddHiFi Link Android App;
  3. Product manuals, FAQ, product support links, OTA configuration, firmware version history, and firmware file downloads;
  4. User feedback, after-sales support, warranty or repair-related services;
  5. Backend management, product materials, OTA, PEQ, feedback, file upload, and system operation support;
  6. Other related services authorized by ddHiFi to access the unified account center.

2. User Registration and Account Management

You may need to register or log in to a ddHiFi account when using certain services. You must ensure that the information provided during registration, login, authorization, and account use is true, accurate, complete, lawful, and valid, and update it promptly when it changes.

The ddHiFi Link Android App currently completes SSO login through the ddHiFi unified account center. During login, you may be redirected to the account center page and returned to the App according to the authorization process. You must properly safeguard your account, password, verification code, login device, access token, refresh token, and authorization status.

You are responsible for losses caused by your voluntary disclosure, transfer, lending, sharing of account, or failure to properly safeguard identity credentials, except where otherwise provided by laws and regulations or where it can be proven that the loss was caused by us.

If we discover abnormal login, malicious registration, API abuse, illegal or non-compliant use, risk of account theft, or other security risks, we have the right to take measures such as verification code verification, temporary lock, partial function restriction, identity re-verification requirement, service suspension, account freeze, or lawful handling.

3. Authorized Login and Connected Services

When other ddHiFi business systems access the unified account center, you may be asked to confirm login or authorization. After you complete authorization, the relevant system may obtain your account ID, nickname, avatar, mobile phone number, email address, region, account status, registration time, authorization scope, and other information within the necessary scope for identity recognition, service activation, after-sales handling, membership benefit identification, or services you actively request.

Connected systems must use your account information within the authorization purpose and necessary scope and must not process your information beyond the authorization purpose or the scope permitted by laws and regulations. If you have questions about the authorization scope, connected system, or use of account information, you may contact us through the “Contact Us” section of the Service or the contact information stated in the Privacy Policy.

Account cancellation, account restriction, account abnormality, authorization withdrawal, or termination of a connected system service may affect your continued use of ddHiFi-related services logged in through the unified account center.

4. App, Product Connection, and System Permissions

The ddHiFi Link Android App currently mainly uses network access and USB Host capability to implement service connection and product control. The App may require you to grant USB device access permission at the system level to identify and connect supported ddHiFi USB audio devices.

Unless a specific version or page provides a separate clear prompt, the current App usually does not actively request or collect system permission data such as precise location, contacts, call records, SMS content, camera, microphone recording, or photo album. If future versions add related permissions or capabilities, we will explain them to you through page prompts, system authorization pop-ups, or privacy document updates according to laws, regulations, and app store requirements.

When you connect, identify, configure, control, or manage ddHiFi products through the App, you should ensure that the phone system, App version, product model, firmware version, cable, adapter, USB authorization, and network environment meet the corresponding function requirements. Available functions may differ by product model, batch, firmware version, phone system, region, and usage environment. The actual display in the App, product instructions, firmware version, and official announcements shall prevail.

5. PEQ Configurations, User Content, and Interactions

You may save local PEQ configurations according to actual functions, or save PEQ configurations to the cloud after login. Cloud saving may involve configuration title, description, product model, PEQ file content, file URL, user nickname, avatar, user ID, creation time, operation IP, and other information.

You must ensure that content you upload, publish, comment on, favorite, share, or submit is lawful and true and does not infringe any lawful rights and interests of any third party. You must not submit illegal or non-compliant content, infringing content, fraud, malicious code, false information, illegal marketing, content that damages brand reputation, or other harmful content.

For PEQ configurations, comments, nicknames, avatars, and other content that you voluntarily upload or make public, you grant ddHiFi the right to use, copy, store, display, and disseminate such content within the scope necessary to provide, display, distribute, maintain, review, and improve related services. You still retain other rights you lawfully enjoy.

We have the right to review, delete, block, restrict display of user content, or restrict account functions based on laws and regulations, platform rules, user complaints, system security, or service operation needs.

6. Firmware Updates and Device Operations

If the App provides firmware version viewing, firmware update prompts, or online firmware update functions, you should operate cautiously after understanding the meaning of the relevant functions. During firmware update, please keep the product connection, battery level, network environment, and phone status stable, and avoid disconnecting, closing the App, force quitting, restarting the device, or performing other operations that may interrupt the update.

You must not use accessories, cables, firmware, or tools from unknown sources, non-conforming specifications, damaged, modified, or not officially recommended. You must not disassemble, modify, crack, flash, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with ddHiFi products, the App, firmware, communication protocols, or security mechanisms without authorization.

You are responsible for product abnormalities, unavailable functions, data loss, or other losses caused by your interruption of updates, use of unofficial firmware, use of unofficial tools, modification of the system environment, failure to follow prompts, or use of products in unsuitable environments, except where otherwise provided by laws and regulations or where it can be proven that the issue was caused by us.

ddHiFi products and related Apps are mainly used for the connection, configuration, and usage support of consumer audio products and should not be used in medical, rescue, industrial control, aviation, traffic safety, life support, or other high-risk scenarios.

7. Feedback, After-Sales Service, and External Links
